1. ILLUSTRATION

Personal Usage

 

• The commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied, or used in any way that could bring income unless agreed otherwise.

• You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.

• You may use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.

• You may not post the original full-sized file online.

• You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.

• You may print the commission for your personal use (single copy).

Commercial Usage

​

• The commission may be used in a type of commercial usage that was agreed on.

• You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.

• You may use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.

• You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.

 

Artist rights

 

• If the commission is a fanart, I will be able to use it for Patreon/prints/artbooks, etc.

• If the commission is your original character, I will still use it for Patreon content that doesn't include PSD files and full-sized illustrations.

• If I ever want to use your commission outside of these rules, I will do it only with your permission.

• I have the right to post the commission online unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, release date), then I will wait accordingly.

• I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogs.

 

Process

 

• The full payment is needed once we reach an agreement on the rough sketches.

• The payment is made through a Paypal invoice.

• The commission will be started only after the payment has been made.

• Personal commissions are being drawn in the same order they were ordered at.

• The commission may take up to a month to be finished, depending on many factors such as other commercial commissions and the order of commissions. In case of any delays due to health problems etc., you will get notified.

• I will send you a rough sketch for you to approve. You must apply the most crucial corrections during this phase.

• I may stream the process of the commission on my Twitch channel unless you have clearly said to keep it private.

• You may apply a maximum of 3 separate big correction requests if it is after the sketch phase. Any additional corrections will require an additional charge.

• Changing the whole pose is not possible once I start linearting. 

• You will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark. In the case of solo character art, you will also receive a transparent version.

Refunds

 

• You may cancel the commission without any charges if the payment hasn’t been made yet.

• You may request a refund if the commission hasn’t yet been started a month after ordering.

• The commission is NOT refundable once I’ve started working on it (sketch).

2. LIVE2D MODEL [ COMING SOON ]

Usage

 

• You may use your Live2D model in commercial manners that bring income.

• You may use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.

• You may not post the original full-sized. PSD/png file online.

• You must credit me as your model artist in your socials/streaming platforms bio.

 

Rights

 

• I do not allow additional outfits to be added to the model by another artist.

• You may not modify the model yourself nor order anyone else to edit it. The only exception is the rigger when working on the model.

• I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogs.

• You do not claim the authorship of the artwork itself.

 

Process

 

• After confirming the commission, I will ask you to make an online Google document to gather all model info and requests.

• The payment is made through a Paypal invoice.

• The commission will be started only after the invoice payment has been made.

• The average time for a Live2D completion is a month but it can take longer depending on communications with the respective rigger artist.

• I will first send you the sketch to approve. You must apply the most crucial corrections during this phase. I will be sending updates from there on from time to time.

• In case where the model is commissioned together with the character/outfit design sheet, we will start with the design sketches, however, the model will be completed first, and the character sheet will be done afterward.

• Changing the whole design/concept is not possible once I start linearting. 

• You will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark, a PSD file with all elements rig-ready.

• You may cancel the commission without any charges if the payment hasn’t been made yet.

• You may request a refund if the commission hasn’t yet been started 3 months after ordering.

• I do not refund the commission once I’ve started working on it (sketch).
